❯❯❯❯ LIFE
May has been a relatively quiet month for me, in terms of doing much or going places. The first three weeks were spent exclusively at home resting and recovering from top surgery.
I don't like that I still have to sleep on my back, but other than that I'm healing up well! I can move my arms just fine now, and can lift things of a decent weight without distressing my scars. I just need to be cleared for more intense things like proper workouts now.
Other than the expected numbness that will linger for many more months, I just have some swelling on my right side now. My surgeon thought it might be a seroma so we got it looked at by local doctors, and they said it was too solid to be fluid which was both reassuring and concerning.
I'm a little distressed about it if I'm being honest. At times it feels/looks like I still have a bit of a boob, but I know we won't know what my final look will be for another six months, so I'm trying not to be too stressed about it.
