got a head full of spiders

february plans

I'm looking at this like 'yeah, that looks doable'.

I've been real bad about keeping to any habits I said I'd start in the new year, and I'm getting to the familiar point of being mad enough about it to do something about it, so here's hoping some positive changes appear soon enough.

The tricky thing about being disabled with a chronic illness that fluctuates means daily having to deal with rng based bullshit. It also gets worse with bad weather / low air pressure, so I might end up not doing much in the coming week if the news of a blizzard coming in turns out to be true.

Either way, the most important thing (the in person surgery consultation) is definitely happening, so even if little else happens at least that'll be done. Hopefully I'll be leaving that with a possible surgery date, too.

Cutting down on smoking has been a bit better than expected. Counting my puffs made me really dislike seeing the number go too high, so I ended up cutting the number by half in the first week alone. Currently I try to not go over around 75 in a day. I'll keep lowering that over the next few weeks until I stop.
